A two minute walk from Havant train station sits a small café with a slightly boho feel to it. Wooden furnishings and colourful tiled decor make this a refreshing change from other eateries in town.

I have no photos as I haven't popped in recently (maybe I'll update this post with one next time I go), but you can see some photos on Google.

I've been here a handful of times and every time the service is lovely and the food is good. You have your all day breakfast options along with some salad and egg-based options if you'd prefer brunch rather than breakfast. Their coffee is delicious and fosters a calming feel, although I can't tell you why – maybe it's the decor; maybe the staff are Yoga masters – I have no idea! But it's a good place to go for a chilled out snack, brunch, or lunch, or even just a coffee.

Their signature coffee is extremely pleasant; not overly strong but with a good amount of flavour and it's sweet enough so you don't need sugar.

One of the quirks of this café is that it's right next to the post office, and when I say "next to", I mean that literally – there is no partition wall between the café and the post office. You can see people queuing to send their mail. I personally don't mind this – I love to travel and it gives me a certain nostalgia reminiscent of "before emails existed", but if you don't want the travel and commerce experience while you're enjoying your lunch, it may leave you feeling a little odd.

I've never been in here when it's been too busy, so I'm not sure how busy it gets. There have always been enough people to make me want to go in, but never so many that I feel overwhelmed, so you're likely to be able to get a fairly quiet brunch/lunch as long as there aren't 20 people cashing in their cheques or wanting to mail parcels. (I'm not sure how it gets around Christmas, but if you like the busy, social, Christmas feel, you probably won't mind it!)

Their food is very good – it is definitely worth your time to pay this interesting eatery a visit because there's a strong chance it may become one of your favourites. It's certainly easy to go back to over and over again.
